Return Policy

Customers may return unused, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
• Item must be in original, unworn condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Process
1. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back to the designated return address
Shipping Terms
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Return shipping must use a trackable shipping method
• Recommended carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after item receipt
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund amount excludes original shipping charges
Exceptions
• Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return
• Damaged or defective items will be handled separately
